I am not in Australia; can I still trade with you?

Yes. We hope you can visit our office when first trade with us, so that we can assist you establish your file; however, for those clients who cannot visit our office, we can do verification of identity through fax or email. Then you just need to contact with our specialist when you trading with us.

3.Do I have to trade after lock-in the exchange rate?

Yes, you must trade!

4.What’s the valid period after I lock-in the exchange rate?

For safety reasons, please complete the transaction within 1 hour.
